This one could be long

Where to begin? New Years was a good time. Becky came on Friday and we went to three casinos and played penny, nickel and (whoa) quarter slots. We also called Chandra and Kate at midnight and Nik called at his midnight :). Becky and I can be very silly. We stayed up way past my bedtime on Friday. Becky got to be the first person to sleep on my couch and new sheets. She says the couch is suprisingly comfortable. Yay. I wouldnt want people uncomfortable in my home :)

Saturday we went shopping and whatnot. Michelle and her friend Ben came over at night and we watched the 24 hour Monk Marathon...yes kids marathon. We played Pooh Candyland or as Ben said, Candyland Pooh.

Sunday Becky left. Boo. Michelle and I went to Sams club and spent way too much money....but the stuff will last a long time, so it's ok right?

The last couple days have been ok filled with snow and work. Today Omaha schools were canceled again. That meant I got to wear jeans and it's not friday and I didnt pay two dollars. My life is so strange . Everyone seems to think I come from the land of lots of snow. And they are talking about Wisconsin not Wyoming. Um guys Wisconsin and Nebraska have really similar weather. I've been in about as much snow in the last few years as you have. Whatever, I'm already sick of driving in the snow and this is the first week....I can see this being a long winter. I wish I had a garage but none of the garages by my building are ever open so it'll be a winter of clearing my car off everytime I want to go anywhere. It's crazy to think of how warm it was um last week, Amber and I saw people wearing shorts while we ran, yeah I doubt we'll be seeing too much of that for awhile.

Oh. Yay to more people reading my blog. Raeanne you got a robot dog? (who else would comment on 'special' being said around me :)) When I was little I wanted a robot dog, of course I never got one... I didn't have anything cool.

Oh and can the color blind people read my blog better now?
