You should all be proud of me...3 days in a row! I'm shocked that I'm accomplishing this.
Thank you everyone for the comments and suggestions. Keep the book suggestions coming please :) I'm debating buying books or finding a library. Apparently there's 2 within 2 miles from me and I'm cheap so leaning towards finding one of them.
I got another email from someone about running. I have noticed something. Apparently Omaha is like the rest of the world and there are more guys than girls that run...at least that respond to my silly post. Also the guys emails are all about their speed and such. They like to brag. The girls on the other hand, both just moved to Omaha as well and are more concerned with just meeting someone to run than someone of a certain pace. I think girls and guys exercise for different reasons and the responses to my post show that. It's interesting to me. I am lame.
Oh so I have to pick a place for the guys I work with and I to eat at before we go to a Hockey game Friday. ummmmmmmm I just moved here and I hate macking decisions...not fair. I like to make sure everyone is happy with whatever we are doing and well the guys dont all have the same tastes. Sheese. I even almost didnt sign up to go to the game because there's 5 tickets and 6 of us. My boss said he wouldnt go if everyone wanted to go, but I'm not a big hockey fan so I was like I'm not taking anyone's place. One of the guys can't go because his wife is working so he has to watch the kids, I thought about offering to babysit.......But I'm going to the game so that's cool. Hopefully I'll have fun. Dave(the guy not going) isnt a big hockey fan either so I dont feel too badly, but he is better friends with the guys...but well I just havent known anyone very long so of course I'm not great friends with them.
Oh along with the book suggestions everyone should tell me if I should go a my boss's boss's house to watch boxing.....I know nothing about boxing and have no interest, but it's social and saturday, but I think I'd be out of place.

Wow Alice, I'm very proud of you.
The Catcher in the Rye is not all it's cracked up be.
I hate boxing. I wouldn't go. But if you want to get to know them better, then maybe you should.
I hate "macking" decisions too. ;-)
Well the last book I read was If Chins Could Kill by Bruce Campbell. It was pretty good, but needed way more pictures.
